What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses

Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Participate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators in-services and hands-on training

Requirements:

Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license

ADN or BSN required (BSN preferred)

BLS required ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire

Previous PCU telemetry step-down or med-surg experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
