Inside Sales Associate

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer‑oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities Customer Management & Service: Provide detailed information to customers about our various product lines and services. Supply necessary technical and marketing materials to assist customers in making informed decisions. Generate and process orders via phone or email. Process order adjustments as needed and ensure that orders are accurately recorded and fulfilled. Customer Support & Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and claims, providing timely, efficient, and effective solutions to ensure the best possible customer experience. Quote pricing and offer solutions based on customer needs. Assist the Inside Sales team, Outside Sales Representatives, and other departments like Logistics and Dispatch with any issues or inquiries that arise. Work collaboratively with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing. Maintain consistent and effective communication with other departments. Requirements Customer Service Oriented: Ability to work well with customers and provide exceptional service at all times. Self‑Motivated and Responsible: A positive, hardworking, and people‑oriented attitude, with a proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks. Problem Solving & Multitasking: Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workloads, and solve problems using common sense and creativity. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Knowledge of SPRUCE ERP software is a plus but not required. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries and maintain professional interactions.
