NYS Security Guard License
F-04 Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Union This job reports to the Site Supervisor This is a Full and Part-Time position
- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Document incidents and complete detailed reports promptly and accurately
- Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security risks
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience (prior military experience is highly encouraged)
- Valid New York State Security Guard License (must not expire within the next 90 days)
- Valid State ID
- Valid FDNY F-04 Fire Guard Credential (Required)
- High-level customer service or hospitality experience is essential.
- Must have experience in corporate security environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
