Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator II

Location: Katy, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 9-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $29/hr on W2

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours:

• 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, or
• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
  

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator II to support ongoing clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have prior study coordination experience and a strong understanding of clinical research processes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct clinical studies in accordance with FDA, GCP, and ICH guidelines
• Support patient recruitment, enrollment, retention, and follow-up activities
• Perform study procedures including informed consent, vital signs, ECGs, height/weight measurements, pregnancy tests, and other protocol-required activities
• Schedule subject visits within protocol timelines
• Complete accurate data entry and resolve data queries in sponsor systems/EDC
• Maintain source documents, patient files, and study records
• Ensure IRB approvals and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the study
• Participate in study initiation and protocol training meetings
• Promote positive patient relationships and ensure excellent participant experience
• Support general site operations and compliance activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical or medical-related field
• Active RN, LVN, or LPN license required
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Strong understanding of GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and clinical research operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic data systems
