Program Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 About Supply Chain & Procurement The Supply Chain & Procurement team is responsible for ensuring PMI U.S. delivers products and services efficiently, responsibly, and cost-effectively. Working across sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, supplier management, and operations, the team partners with stakeholders throughout the business to optimize processes, manage risk, and support growth. Through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, Supply Chain & Procurement plays an important role in advancing PMI U.S.’s smoke-free future. What You'll Do Support sourcing, procurement, and supply chain projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Conduct supplier research, spend analysis, and reporting to support purchasing decisions. Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. Analyze inventory, demand, supplier, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation for stakeholders. Participate in projects focused on supply chain optimization, cost savings, risk management, and process improvement. Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship. Who We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Interest in supply chain operations, sourcing, procurement, and business transformation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, SAP, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
