Overview Position: Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT) Employer: LifeStance Health Locations: Multiple locations including Medford, MA; hybrid and telehealth options available. Open to full-time or part-time arrangements. Responsibilities Provide outpatient mental health therapy in a hybrid/telehealth or in-person setting as appropriate. Participate in supervision (LCSW/LICSW) and weekly case consultations. Collaborate with support staff and use the EMR system; coordinate credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection as needed. Prepare and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold LifeStance Health values. Qualifications Licensed mental health professional: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT. Experience delivering outpatient mental health services; eligible for telehealth and hybrid work arrangements.
