Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions that support core business functions and customer facing applications.
• Build and maintain system integrations while ensuring reliable communication between internal and external platforms.
• Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices database improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate architecture decisions and support platform scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a development environment.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with modern programming frameworks and backend application development.
• Possess experience working with relational databases including performance tuning and data management.
• Use cloud technologies development tools and deployment platforms effectively throughout the software lifecycle.
• Work comfortably with application interfaces integrations and service based architectures.

Qualifications:

• Write clean maintainable code while following development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to collaborative software development efforts.
• Apply strong analytical skills to solve technical challenges and improve application performance.
