Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a key technology client. Responsibilities include interfacing with the client and other consultants, financial management, project planning, performance management, change control, project information management, budget progress reports, quality control, proposal construction, process improvement, governance, and line management. This role will be onsite 5 days a week.QualificationsAbility and willingness to work onsite full-time, 5 days per week.Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage.Great time management skills.Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.Experienced working as an effective team member.Business development opportunities with existing and new clients.Key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.Education/Experience: Construction project management experience and the ability to be highly effective in a client facing role. College degree in Construction Management or a related field, and PMP certification. Membership in relevant professional organizations. Experienced managing demanding stakeholders and work stream managers. Experience managing commercial real estate or relatable construction projects. Tenant Improvement and Fitout experience with Commercial Real Estate projects is required.Additional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $150K-$180K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
