About the role We are looking for a dependable, personable front desk team member for a three-week assignment. You will run the front desk — check-in, scheduling and phones — and between patient arrivals, assist our clinicians on the treatment floor and help keep the clinic clean and ready. Medical office or clinic experience is helpful but not required; a paid training shift before your first day covers our systems and routine. Job

responsibilities Check patients in and out and collect copays Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments Answer phones and route calls and messages Enter new-patient intake and insurance information accurately Keep the front office and waiting area organized Set up treatment areas and equipment, and clean and reset them between patients Assist clinicians with patients during exercise sessions, as directed Prepare hot and cold packs and other supplies for the clinician Restock supplies and keep the gym clean and organized We are looking for someone who Is available for the full assignment, Oct 29 – Nov 19, plus one training shift beforehand Is punctual and dependable Is comfortable on the phone and computer, and careful with patient details Stays calm and courteous during busy periods, and is comfortable on their feet moving between the desk and the treatment floor Has front desk, medical office or customer service experience (preferred) This assignment suits students, retirees or anyone between roles who wants weekday daytime hours.
