Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.Role Description: The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory across a wide range of beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more. This role ensures that all inventory processes are executed per established plans and standards, supporting operational efficiency and product availability. The Inventory Associate will monitor inventory movement, identify discrepancies or trends, and communicate findings to management while fostering collaboration across departments to maintain a smooth and effective inventory flow.This is an in-person position based in Melville, NY. Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.Key Responsibilities: Execute inventory activities in alignment with established plans and schedulesOrganize and maintain inventory of all beauty products, including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and moreEnsure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all inventory-related processesOversee and evaluate inventory handling procedures to maintain operational standardsCommunicate any inventory-related issues or concerns to management in a timely mannerFoster effective collaboration and relationships across departmentsManage the replenishment and internal transfer of inventory, including transfers between locationsMaintain and update inventory maintenance records and documentationConduct regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and loss preventionPerform inventory reconciliations to resolve discrepanciesCoordinate and document inventory location transfersManage and process overstock transfers as neededQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferredExperience in the beauty, wellness, fashion, or a related industry is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive mindsetInitiative-driven with a strategic, problem-solving approachHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication platforms such as SlackDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAdaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced settingWhat We Offer: Phenomenal discounts on products within the beauty industry and beyondMedical, Dental, and Vision, along with supplemental benefits available after 60 days401 (k) available after 1 year of service with up to a 4% match12 days PTO and Paid Holidays, pro-rated for your 1st yearSalary is commensurate with experience, $18.50 - $20.00 per hourEqual Opportunity EmployerThe PCA Group of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
