HR Business Partner - HR&M and Workplace Services - Los Angeles - USDS

Responsibilities Work closely with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure Talent Acquisition and HR strategies are fully aligned with the business’s rapid growth. Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process (intake, sourcing, screening, offer management) for HR and Workplace Services roles, providing a high‑touch experience for candidates from application to offer and onboarding. Guide talent management, performance reviews, career development paths, and workforce planning for the supported functions. Proactively address specific employee‑relations issues or conflicts with professional expertise and sound management judgment. Assist in team building and promote company culture, ensuring a healthy team atmosphere that supports rapid business development. Use data and analytics to deliver recruitment reports, market insights, and talent trends to influence better hiring and management practices. Lead or participate in company‑level Organizational Effectiveness (OE) or Organizational Culture (OC) projects. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in HR Business Partnering and related experience in Talent Acquisition (full‑cycle recruiting). Expertise in managing the end‑to‑end interview process and closing complex equity offers. Deep understanding of HR modules: recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness. Uncompromising integrity with a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality, serving as a trusted advisor capable of managing highly sensitive organizational and employee information. Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multi‑cultural teams and scaling global, matrixed organizations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with senior leaders. Self‑motivated, resilient, and creative, with a strong growth mindset and learning agility. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,560 – $216,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
