Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Role Description As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Crystal Martinez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses preferred. Prior State Farm experience preferred. Compensation $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Legal State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
