Part-Time Personal Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, highly organized personal assistant to support an older, legally blind woman in her home in the Damariscotta/Nobleboro area. This is an in-person position approximately three days per week. The role is well compensated, with pay based on experience. Travel time, mileage and other approved travel expenses will be covered. Hours are negotiable. Responsibilities Read, organize, and help respond to emails and other correspondence Provide general computer and technology assistance Help manage household and estate-related records, appointments, vendors, and projects Assist with the organization and oversight of home systems and routine household needs Perform general administrative and office-related tasks Keep paperwork, work areas, and household information organized Notice what needs attention and provide practical, thoughtful assistance No nursing-type duties required. Qualifications Strong computer literacy and confidence using email and common office programs Excellent organizational and administrative skills Prior office, personal assistant, or household management experience Neat, tidy, dependable, and attentive to detail Patient, respectful, discreet, and naturally helpful Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong communication and follow-through Professional references required Background check required Pay: From $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
