As the state's federally designated organ recovery organization and an accredited tissue bank, we are dedicated to making a profound impact on countless lives.About the RoleAs a Clinical Support Coordinator, you are at the heart of the organ and tissue donation process. Your responsibilities will include:Obtaining informed telephone authorization and conducting comprehensive medical and social history risk assessments with families of patients who authorize donation.Collaborating directly with clinicians to perform medical screenings on patients to determine donation eligibility.Case management of all aspects of tissue cases and shared organ cases, ensuring seamless transitions and effective case completion.Providing accurate, timely information to both internal and external stakeholders.Schedule & Work EnvironmentThis role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule from 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. The schedule alternates four-day (M, T, F, Sa) / three-day workweeks (Sn, W, Th).Who We're Looking ForWe seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:Post-secondary training or education in a relevant field is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but other healthcare backgrounds will be considered (EMT, LPN, Medical Assistant, etc.).Strong case management & communication skills with a commitment to providing compassionate support to donor families.Excellent data entry & computer skills are required.
