Clinical Research Associate II

To advance clinical research excellence, the full-time Clinical Research Associate II will manage site engagement, conduct monitoring activities, and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing training and support to site staff and principal investigators Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) Implement site engagement strategies and assess recruitment and retention techniques to enhance study performance Required qualifications Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and tools for customer-centric support
