About the Role:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Edgewood Manor of Wellston, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Working closely with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
