Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not a must. Responsibilities Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information needed to enjoy their Topgolf experience. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue, including tidy retail areas and general upkeep. Commit to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant. Qualifications Positive Attitude: Go‑givers and enthusiastic team players are essential. One Team Mentality: Strong belief in teamwork and collaboration. Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: Advantageous but not required. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including golf bags and equipment across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, carrying, and standing for most of the shift. Maintain an active, can‑do attitude throughout varied tasks. Endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume, fast‑paced working environment.
