LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Project Coordinator job in Littleton, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar project/administrative role.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects from start to finish
• Developing and presenting project plans: timelines, budgets, resources required, etc.
• Setting up new customers and their jobs in the ERP software
• Placing and tracking equipment orders
• Coordinating with vendors and installers to ensure timelines are met
• Providing project status updates to customers
• Running job profitability reports and calculating Sales commissions
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a project/administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

Compensation: Hourly rate between $20.00 and $25.00.
