Recruiting Assistant / Sourcer

Job Description Daily responsibilities to include: Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager Establish and post job advertisements on job search websites Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates Assist Recruitment Manager in screening eligible candidates Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to Recruitment Manager Participate at recruiting events Maintain the internal candidate database and various other administrative duties Skills: Excellent team working skills Very organized and responsible Able to work with deadlines Excellent communication skills Qualifications Must be a college graduate and very outgoing.
