NIHFCU in Rockville is seeking a motivated Member Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service across branch operations, in person, by phone, and by mail. The role includes loan processing duties and potential teller coverage to support branch needs. Floating to multiple branches, extended Friday hours and Saturday shifts occur a few times a month, with flex day off on weeks with Saturday work; prior banking experience is preferred and professionalism is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr NIH Federal Credit Union
