Responsibilities The FIT Associate is the heart and sole (pun intended) of this business, this position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience that sets our company apart from other shopping experiences. You will be part of a dynamic group that builds and maintains meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and making product recommendations via our FIT process, educate customers on new and existing product while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in retail or similar environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Excellent product knowledge, or the ability to learn, to be able to educate customers on new products. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and neat store environment. Creativity and innovation in generating event ideas that drive revenue and engage customers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to have the ability to switch gears and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Actively engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing valuable product information. Execute the FIT process and listening attentively to identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays and merchandise. Identify opportunities for events and promotions that will increase revenue and attract new customers. Assist in planning and executing events to engage and retain current customers, such as clinics, demos, or special-sales. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Product knowledge and the ability to stay up-to-date with new product releases. Problem solving and adaptability in addressing customer needs and inquiries. Work Conditions: This position requires working in a retail store environment, standing for extended periods, and assisting customers throughout the day. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required to support events and peak shopping times.
