Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale or Albany office.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
• Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice
• Trial experience a plus

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Hybrid hours minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely. Congenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. EOE

The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
