Job Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and building code compliance.
Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and design consultants.
Oversee production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Review and guide technical work of junior staff.
Mentor and support emerging professionals within the team.
Participate in project meetings and client discussions.
Support project coordination across all phases of delivery.

Qualifications and Certifications

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
5-6 years of professional architectural experience.
Experience as a Project Architect or Project Lead preferred.
Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction processes.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Experience with tools like Enscape or Bluebeam is a plus.
