What you'll do:

• Communicate effectively with customers using various channels, adapting to their communication styles to provide clear solutions.
• Analyze customer issues to understand perspectives and confirm understanding by restating concerns accurately.
• Manage contact center operations, including staffing plans and resource allocation during peak and lean periods.
• Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve operational challenges with minimal guidance.
• Support process improvements by analyzing performance metrics and customer feedback to recommend enhancements.
• Leverage data analytics tools to monitor service levels and generate reports for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams to escalate systemic issues and implement corrective actions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
