Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with expertise in operating systems, API integrations, and web services. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, ensure system performance, and optimize application functionality through API and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux), and software issues.

Configure, maintain, and support desktop systems and peripherals.

Integrate and troubleshoot APIs and web services for seamless application performance.

Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Maintain documentation and report recurring issues for further resolution.
