Senior Graphic Designer

Comfy Cubs is a growing baby products brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed products for families. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding, packaging, digital design, and AI-powered creative tools to join our creative team. This is a hands-on senior design role for someone who can take ownership of projects from concept through final production, bring fresh creative ideas to the brand, and leverage both traditional design expertise and emerging AI technologies to create high-quality, engaging visual content. This is a fully in-office position, Monday through Friday, in North Miami Beach, where you’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, and E-Commerce teams to bring our products and brand to life across every customer touchpoint. What You'll Do As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative work across packaging, digital, print, e-commerce, and marketing channels while helping maintain and evolve the Comfy Cubs visual identity. Your responsibilities will include: Lead design projects from initial concept and creative development through revisions, production, and final delivery. Design compelling graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, catalogs, promotional materials, and e-commerce assets. Design and develop product packaging, labels, instruction manuals, inserts, and other print assets across the Comfy Cubs product line. Create high-quality e-commerce creative, including product imagery, infographics, lifestyle graphics, and other assets for Amazon, Shopify, retail partners, and digital marketplaces. Prepare print-ready production files and ensure accuracy of color, dielines, barcodes, dimensions, and supplier specifications. Ensure packaging and marketing materials follow company branding guidelines and applicable compliance requirements. Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across products, packaging, marketing, and digital channels. Update and refresh existing packaging and artwork as branding, product, or compliance requirements evolve. Use AI-powered creative tools as part of the day-to-day design process to generate concepts, develop and enhance imagery, explore creative directions, accelerate production, and improve creative workflows. Create and refine AI-generated visual content so final assets meet professional brand, quality, and production standards. Combine AI-generated elements with traditional design techniques, photography, photo manipulation, typography, and illustration to create polished final assets. Stay current on emerging AI design technologies and identify new ways AI can improve creative quality, speed, and efficiency. Assist with planning and executing product photoshoots, collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure imagery aligns with the Comfy Cubs brand. Edit promotional videos and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns and customer engagement. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, E-Commerce, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective creative solutions. Develop and present creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, packaging updates, and broader brand initiatives. Provide strong creative judgment and proactively recommend improvements rather than relying solely on provided direction. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organized design files and ensure artwork is production-ready for digital and print applications. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with consumer products, CPG, retail, e-commerce, or a related brand. Strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level work across branding, packaging, digital, and print design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered creative and design tools in a professional workflow. Ability to use generative AI for visual ideation, image creation and enhancement, concept development, production support, and creative problem-solving. Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI platforms is strongly preferred. Ability to take AI-generated concepts or imagery and refine them into polished, brand-appropriate, production-ready creative. Strong experience designing packaging and preparing print-ready artwork and production files. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency. Ability to independently take a creative brief or business objective and develop strong visual solutions. Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with packaging, product information, specifications, and production files. Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both creative and non-creative teams. Experience with photography, photo editing, image compositing, and video editing is highly preferred. Experience designing for Amazon, Shopify, e-commerce, retail, or consumer product brands is highly preferred. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with an interest in continuously improving creative processes and adopting new technologies.
