Desirable characteristics include atleast two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment. Must be able to follow directions and toperform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able tofunction effectively under stress. Computer literate with good verbal andwritten communication skills. Demonstrates interest and ability toassume responsibility. Current Arkansas License to practice RespiratoryCare.
