As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for skilled, dependable Concrete Finishers who take pride in their work and value quality, safety, and teamwork. Our finishers play a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality results by ensuring proper texture, grade, thickness, and structural integrity on every project. What You’ll Do As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete surfaces across a variety of residential and commercial applications. Key responsibilities include: Finishing concrete to specified flatness, grade, and slope requirements Forming, pouring, and finishing slabs on grade, slabs on deck, curbs, sidewalks, and pavement Using a variety of hand tools to float, edge, and joint concrete surfaces Operating walk‑behind and ride‑on power trowels to achieve proper finish and surface consistency Assisting with placement, leveling, and consolidation of concrete Working closely with crew members to ensure projects meet company and client standards Daily Work & Expectations Perform physically demanding labor in a fast‑paced construction environment Use tools such as shovels, hammers, and other manual equipment for extended periods Operate basic hand and power tools and perform minor maintenance as needed Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow Safely load, unload, and transport tools and materials, including climbing in and out of work vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free job site at all times Follow all safety protocols and company procedures What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a concrete finisher in a construction environment Strong understanding of finishing techniques, tools, and surface requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work consistently and safely Dependable, team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Commitment to quality craftsmanship and job site safety Why Custom Concrete?
