We’re looking for an AI Marketing Manager who’s early in their career, comfortable with technology, curious about artificial intelligence, and ready to help manage the everyday marketing activities that keep our clients moving forward.

And no, we don’t expect you to know everything. But we do expect you to want to learn everything.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll work alongside our marketing, creative, and management teams to help keep client marketing programs organized, moving, and delivering results.

• Keep marketing moving. Coordinate everyday client marketing activities, campaigns, schedules, and deliverables.

• Put AI to work. Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to research, brainstorm, organize, draft, and improve marketing work.

• Manage the marketing machinery. Help with email campaigns, CRM platforms like HubSpot, contact lists, marketing automation, and reporting.
\n
• Support content and social media. Assist with content calendars, social publishing, newsletters, website updates, and campaign execution.
\n
• Pay attention to the numbers. Track campaign performance, spot trends, and help turn marketing data into useful insights.
\n
• Keep clients happy. Help our team stay organized, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and deliver work we’re proud of.

Who You Are

You’ve probably spent a year or two in your first marketing, communications, or business role. You know the basics, but you’re looking for a place where you can grow faster and contribute more.

You’re organized without being boring. Creative without being chaotic. Comfortable with technology without believing every new app is going to change the world.

More importantly, you’re curious.

You experiment with AI. You ask good questions. You figure things out. You understand that getting the work done correctly matters just as much as coming up with the next big idea.

What we’d love to see:

• Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to do better work.
\n
• Basic experience with digital marketing, social media, email platforms, or CRM systems.
\n
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
\n
• A willingness to learn, experiment, take responsibility, and occasionally laugh at yourself.
\n

Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or marketing automation is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
