Your Role as a Senior Care Associate
In this role, you’ll help seniors with their daily routines and provide companionship to enhance their well-being. Responsibilities include:
Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to maintain dignity and independence.
Daily Living Support: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a clean and safe environment.
Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Engaging Companionship: Offering conversation and participating in activities to brighten clients’ days.
Care Plan Adherence: Following customized care plans to ensure high-quality, consistent support.
Professional Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with families and care teams to ensure seamless client care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals who are passionate about supporting seniors. Key qualifications include:
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
A clean driving record
Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—comprehensive training is provided
Access to email and a mobile device for communication
