People Care is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding for our mid-Manhattan and Brooklyn locations. You will be the local point of contact for caregiver applicants, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with NYS and LHCSA requirements. As part of the Talent team, you will maintain records in Arla and HHAeXchange, greet aides, and support recruiters and compliance, keeping files current for audits and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Lincoln
