Location: San Antonio, TX  78258 and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: In-Person Care
Experience: 1+ year of professional caregiving experience and CNA is required

Cardinal Senior Care has been providing trusted non-medical home care since 2009. We are looking for caring, reliable caregivers to join our growing team and provide one-on-one support to seniors throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.

As a Caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one care to senior clients

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment

• Helping with meal preparation as needed

• Providing medication reminders as directed

• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed

• Communicating important client updates to the Cardinal Senior Care team

• Building a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

• Caring, patient, dependable, and respectful personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Flexible availability for assigned shifts

• Two valid forms of identification required

• You will provide care in the client's home

• Shifts may be available in the morning and afternoon

• Care assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability

• You will be supported by the Cardinal Senior Care team

• You will use our mobile app for scheduling and communication
