Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to capture detailed client histories and mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate ongoing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, promoting client engagement and personal growth.

• Establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate client progress through structured feedback and assessments.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy techniques to enhance client interactions, ensuring accessible mental health care to those facing mobility or transportation barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to our organization’s ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and peer supervision sessions to refine case conceptualizations and therapeutic techniques continuously.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and pursuing certifications relevant to your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, which allows our therapists to apply culturally-sensitive methods while remaining attuned to each person's unique journey and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients effectively and sensitively.

• A non-judgmental attitude coupled with genuine empathy and compassion for clients dealing with mental health challenges.

• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple clients effectively and maintain accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually , which is commensurate with your caseload and experience.
