Physical Therapist I

In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document care using EMR. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize functional outcomes, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
