Friend Health in Chicago seeks a Peer Support Specialist to provide mobile, community-based outreach and non-clinical peer support through HRDI's Crisis Program 591, using recovery-oriented principles and lived experience. The role engages individuals in behavioral health crises, supports continuity of care, and aims to reduce avoidable emergency service utilization. You will conduct outreach, connect individuals to behavioral health, substance use, medical and community services, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
