Position Details Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant Location: Vallejo, CA 94590 Pay: $24/hr Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm Additional: Some weekends required Opportunities: Contract and Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Requirements Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using basic computer and property management software Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
