Swanson McArthur Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full time physical therapist who is dynamic, energetic, motivated, and a compassionate self-starter. You will want to work here. We all look forward to going to work each and every day. You will too!

We are a well established and busy physical therapist-owned and operated orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation outpatient clinic. We are seeking a physical therapist with manual skills or a desire to learn manual therapy. A strong background in clinical exercise and a desire to work in an on-site aquatic environment would be advantageous. New grads are strongly encouraged to apply as we provide mentoring opportunities for our staff while also encouraging autonomy.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST:

• We welcome new grads as well as experienced therapists
• Master's or Doctorate degree from accredited college
• Current California Physical Therapy License, or PTLA
• We use WebPT as our EMR (full training provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST INCLUDE:

• Perform initial evaluations, create plan of care, communicate with relevant healthcare providers regarding plan of care
• Perform timely progress reports and discharge summaries
• Develop ethical and compassionate treatment plan
• Progress patient plan of care throughout course of treatment
• Support and delegate to PT Aide as appropriate to provide the best possible care.
