As a key part of our retail operations, you will: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in need of professional production equipment. Assist customers in selecting lighting, visual, and audio products that best suit their needs. Maintain an organized, clean, and well‑stocked store environment. Learn and stay up to date on the latest industry technology and trends. Work collaboratively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. What You’ll Do: As a Store Associate, your daily responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases. Demonstrating product features and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Handling sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and conducting regular product counts. Assisting with store displays and promotional setups. Supporting online orders and in‑store pickups. Keeping up with product training and industry advancements. What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have: Passion for audio, lighting, and visual equipment —experience in live production or tech retail is a plus! Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Basic sales experience or the ability to learn quickly. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed. Availability to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays.
