Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents during the NOC shift, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
• Monitor and assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote independence and well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families, offering updates and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing training to ensure the safety and security of all residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards immediately.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• Ability to monitor and assist residents with daily activities, promoting their independence.
• Proven track record of administering medications accurately and maintaining compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with care teams and engage with residents' families.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, ensuring resident safety.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and secure environment.
• Empathy and professionalism in addressing residents' and families' concerns and needs.

About Company

We are a small memory care community in Molalla, Oregon, designed to care exclusively for those experiencing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Our community consists of up to a maximum of 68 residents. We provide individualized care plans, which means each person will receive attentive and detailed care specific to their needs. 

Our Bear Creek family has a full-time nurse as well as a care team able to assist with activities of daily living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
