Floor Tech

We are seeking experienced full time (3rd shift Monday-Friday,10:30pm-7am) Floor Techs at the W.G. "Bill" Hefner VAMC in Salisbury, NC. Floor Techs will be responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include: Mopping, Deep Scrubbing Tile Floors, Steam cleaning carpet/furniture, Buffing hard floor surfaces, Strip/Wax hard floor surfaces. Job duties consist of working with floor care equipment such as Electric Floor Scrubber, Buffers, Auto Scrubbers/Ride on Auto Scrubbers. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (2) years' experience in floor care. and perform services in a hospital setting environment.
