Job Description

This CFO role serves as the senior financial leader responsible for driving the company’s overall financial strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital management, and commodity risk management, with a particular focus on gold and silver hedging. The position partners closely with the CEO and executive team to improve profitability, cash flow, and long-term growth while overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, financing arrangements, and lender relationships. The CFO also works closely with the Controller and Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, while collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales to optimize margins, manage precious-metal price exposure, identify cost-saving opportunities, improve processes, and strengthen the company’s financial performance and risk management.
