Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Diversified Foundations, LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position for a dependable operator who can safely and efficiently operate heavy construction equipment on active job sites.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience and a strong preference will be given to candidates who hold a CDL Class A license .

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy equipment used in foundation, excavation, and construction operations.
Perform equipment operations efficiently and accurately according to project requirements.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and identify equipment maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow job-site plans, instructions, and company safety procedures.
Work alongside other members of the construction crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Assist with general job-site duties when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Travel to and work at various construction job sites as required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience required.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate construction equipment.
Strong understanding of job-site safety practices.
Reliable and dependable work habits.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
CDL Class A license strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable heavy equipment operator who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of safety, and can contribute productively on an active construction site.

A CDL Class A license is a strong advantage and may provide additional opportunities within the company.

Compensation

$25.00–$35.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
