AM Digital Designs in Lawrence, MA is seeking a bilingual growth marketing leader to drive multi-platform campaigns and inbound client generation. You will oversee our Brand Ambassadors, manage creator operations, and tailor strategies to the local, multicultural market.

The role is hybrid (in-studio 2 days a week) with a base salary of $50,000–$70,000 per year, or $30–$38 per hour as a 1099 contractor for the first 90 days, plus bonuses tied to quarterly targets.
