Leasing Manager: Affordable Housing & Compliance Lead
Fairstead ESC LLC
Fairstead is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise properties and the leasing specialist to maximize occupancy and renewal rates across assigned communities. In alignment with Fairstead Management, you will ensure leases are completed correctly, tenants are satisfied, and properties meet safety and compliance standards while coordinating with the property team on scheduling and training.
