• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support or coordination in an office/lab environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative team approach
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation practices, project coordination, and data management

• Provide technical and administrative support to engineering teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
• Coordinate engineering documentation, data management, and communication between cross-functional teams
• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering reports, specifications, and compliance documentation
