General Labor I

Join our expanding Container Management Company as a General Laborer and play a vital role in our Operations team in Marion, North Carolina. We take pride in fostering an efficient work environment and are seeking a committed individual to help us uphold our customers' high standards. In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting containers, assembling kits, and ensuring a safe workplace. We currently have positions available for our rotating shift, which runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Duties and Responsibilities Remove labels and debris from containers. Inspect containers to ensure cleanliness according to customer requirements Assemble Kits per written work instructionsto meet customer requirements. Read and follow assembly Work Instructions Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Skills and Specifications Should have the ability to competently and effectively manage time and complete assigned work. Should be a team player. Should be compliant with all safety regulation and the ability to use warehouse machinery. Education and Qualifications High school degree, GED certification or an equivalent qualification from a certified college. Physical Requirements Must be able to repeatedly lift 30lbs. Must be able to stand for four or more hours at a time. Must be able to bend, reach, and manipulate bulky objects.
