Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.About the RoleThe General Manager is responsible for day-to-day property management services, relating to a portfolio of on-campus and/ or off-campus research laboratory buildings. The General Manager is responsible for implementing financial, operational and leasing initiatives in accordance with policies and budgets and in collaboration with Lillibridge leadership, Asset Management, and staff, to achieve Company strategy and goals. The General Manager is the leader in their respective market and is therefore responsible for understanding the overall real estate market / sub-market conditions and how they affect the portfolio.This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants, clients, and patients. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Lead all financial responsibilities as defined by the Company; including, but not limited to:Annual budgeting and reportingQuarterly reforecasting and capital planningMonthly financial reportingMonthly accounts receivable reportingRecruit, train, and manage the performance of all management, administrative, and maintenance employees.Understand the overall real estate market and sub-market drivers affecting the managed portfolioAdminister leases by delivering on Company obligations and holding lessees accountable for their obligationsManage capital investments, including tenant and building improvementsNegotiate and manage the performance of vendor contractsAchieve and maintain high levels of customer / client satisfactionAcquire and/or maintain professional license(s) as required by the CompanyOther duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsBachelors Degree requiredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationMinimum of 6-12 years of hands-on, day-to-day life science and/or commercial office property management experienceCertifications – Real Estate License as required by state law (depending on state) , CPM and/or RPA designation a plusMust be located in Baltimore, MD areaMust be in office, on-site, 5 days a week and drive to the various properties with employee owned vehicle, as neededMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureWhy Choose LillibridgeCompetitive pay and performance-based incentives90% employer-covered health insurance401(k) with company match20 days of PTO to start + 11 paid holidaysStable, long-term career growth with a trusted national leaderThe estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $170,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting.
