Federal Enterprise Architect: Cloud Modernization Roadmap

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect to support a critical enterprise modernization project for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). This position is dedicated to current-state architecture analysis, system inventory compilation, and future-state roadmap design within a diverse cloud/legacy framework. Key Responsibilities Evaluate a complex federal ecosystem involving SharePoint Online, Azure, AWS-hosted WordPress, Dataverse, and custom .NET C# applications. Compile and deliver high-priority technical artifacts, including the System Inventory (Day 30) and the Architecture Baseline Report (Day 35). Design comprehensive, vendor-agnostic modernization strategies backed by a formal Analysis of Alternatives (AOA). Ensure all architectural recommendations strictly align with federal IT, cybersecurity, and records management regulations. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, or related field (Preferred). 3+ years in Federal Enterprise Architecture/Modernization (Required). Secret Clearance is mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal modernization strategy, enterprise technical documentation, or IT advisory architecture.
