Description Ultrasound Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is PT and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts. Performs basic/complex general and limited vascular ultrasound exams and procedures and provides optimal assessment and diagnostic exams for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Required Qualifications Coursework/Training Graduate of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Program. Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree With certification of completion of a 2 year college based Ultrasound program. 2 years Hospital based experience in ultrasound. 2 years Experience in performing carotid and venous lower extremity ultrasound exams. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
