Our specialty, Xiao Long Bao (小籠包) —meaning "little dumpling in a basket"—dates back over 1,000 years to China’s Song Dynasty. This iconic steamed dumpling, cooked traditionally in bamboo baskets, has been perfected over centuries by different regions of China and is now lovingly crafted in our kitchens to offer an unparalleled authentic experience. Supreme Dumplings is seeking both part‑time and full‑time Servers. Responsibilities Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion Follow Supreme Dumplings policies and procedures Be punctual and on time Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Supreme Dumplings brand Perform other restaurant duties as assigned Qualifications A minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs Excellent verbal communication skills Must have a valid food handler’s permit; an alcohol serving license preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 18+ years of age Benefits Paid time off Free meal during each working shift Opportunity to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (eligibility requirements apply) We are an equal opportunity employer to all employees and applicants.
